ALLAHUAKBAR TOURS AND TRAVELS, Legal Contract Form must be duly filled sign by the pilgrim, submit with the International Passport valid for atleast 6 months, with 3 Saudi Visa Photos ( 4cms x 6cms colour with white Back ground ) & 3 Passport size Photo.
Cheque or Demand Draft should be drawn in favor of ‘ALLAHUAKBAR TOURS AND TRAVELS’, Bangalore.
Payments are to be made in the following order, Rs.100,000/- at the time of booking. 25% after one month from the date of booking and the balance should be paid, One month prior to the departure inclusive of non refundable deposit of Rs. 10000/-
As per the Government rules a pilgrim is entitled to get up to U$D 10000, under Basic Travel Quota Scheme from RBI authorized foreign exchange dealer. Out of this entitlement of U$D 10000, the Dollar component of the package chosen has to be transferred through the bankers, to the Hotels abroad for accommodation, food & transportation & other charges.
Partly utilized services are also considered as fully utilized. In such circumstances no refund shall be applicable.
Room Service is not available.
Our latest brochure should be referred for inclusions & exclusions of the packages in particular chosen by the pilgrim.
ALLAHUAKBAR TOURS AND TRAVELS, appoints agents and representatives for the arrangements of hotels, transport, food etc in good faith and takes best possible care of all the pilgrims. However due to unavoidable circumstances, Hotels, flight schedule & itinerary are subject to change or review at anytime, at the sole discretion of the ALLAHUAKBAR TOURS & TRAVELS without prior notice to pilgrim which the pilgrim has to accept, and for which no refund shall be made nor any claim shall be entertained.
If any country hinders or stops any pilgrim ( s ) or all pilgrims from entering into its boundaries / borders, due to any past objectionable reference of such a person (s ) in that country’s record or due to a breakout of an epidemic in the originating country or any country from where the pilgrim has traveled or due to political Strike, War., or the closure of Airport or any other reason or enforces any kind of restriction or ban and consequently the pilgrims cannot visit that country wholly or partly, ALLAHUAKBAR TOURS AND TRAVELS shall not be held responsible for such action by the Government authorities of that country and under such circumstances no refund shall be applicable. All will have to obey and abide by the laws of that country.
Free Baggage allowance shall be as per the rules of the Airlines and any extra charges for excess Baggage will have to be borne by the pilgrims.
ALLAHUAKBAR TOURS AND TRAVELS does not accept any responsibility for Medical Expenses, Luggage Losses, Injuries, Damages, Accidents, and Additional Expenses due to delay of Flights, Misconnection, Sickness, Bad Weather, Strike, War, Quarantine breakdown or transport breakdown or the closure of Airport due to war etc.
ALLAHUAKBAR TOURS AND TRAVELS is a Hajj, Umrah and Ziarat Tour Organizers only and does not control or operate any Airline, Hotel, Transport, Laundry or any other facility or services mentioned in the brochure. We take care in selecting all the elements in the package. The tour operator only selects and inspects them and has no control in running them. The Tour operator shall not be responsible for any delay, improper services provided by any Airline, Transport, Hotel and any other provider of services for any Injury, Death, Loss or damage which is caused by the act or default of the management or employees of any other Hotelier, Airlines, or / and any act or actions of co-passenger which may result in not availing the services during the tour.
ALLAHUAKBAR TOURS AND TRAVELS, shall not be held responsible either for any loss, delay damage, fading of color, stains of any type or shrinking of clothes by the laundry services.
No liability on the part of ALLAHUAKBAR TOURS AND TRAVELS arising in any way out of this contract in respect of any tour shall exceed the total amount paid or agreed to be paid for the tour, and shall in no case include any.
Satisfaction of the pilgrim is our prime consideration. Any claim or complaint by the client must be intimated to ALLAHUAKBAR TOURS AND TRAVELS. In the very unlikely event of there being something not to your satisfaction on the pilgrimage that is directly in our control, should be reported immediately so that there is an opportunity to correct / rectify the same. The tour operator shall not accept liability in respect of claims which are not reported to us immediately.
For all claims, disputes of whatever nature relating to the tours marketed / coordinated by ALLAHUAKBAR TOURS AND TRAVELS, the courts in Bangalore shall alone have jurisdiction.
All dates mentioned above are tentative.
Fluctuation in Airfare or Visa fee have to be paid before departure.
Hajj Days Transportation bus provided by Moullim.
MUZALIFAH TO MINA TRANSPORT IS EXCLUDED.
Transport from shifting hotel to Haram during the shifting stay is on own.
Services in Mina and Arafat are provided by the Saudi Government and subject to changes without any prior Notice. (Services like location of tents, Beds and any other arrangement).
Saudi government has been launched the app name of NUSUK, on which you can go personally and take the permit of Riyaz Ul jannah.
No laundry services available in Mina, Muzdalifa and Arafat.
Tour date and programs are tentative and subject to change.
Tour operator / guide is not responsible for the loss of luggage.
Decided schedule to be followed for ziyarat and meals.
Hotels Doesn’t Provide any Toiletries like Buket and Tumbler.
We are not responsible for loss or theft of passport or luggage at the airport.
Cancellation Policy
After entering into Saudi Arabia no pilgrim of ALLAHU AKBAR TOURS AND TRAVELS SHALL BE ALLOWED TO GIVE UP HIS / HER COMPANIONSHIP WITH HIS / HER GROUP. Or cancel or change his accommodation. He/she will have to act accordingly and if he/she decides to quit, he/she shall not be entitled to receive any amount whatsoever.
After Confirm booking, if any cancellation is done within 7 days Rs:10,000 (Ten Thousand only) is deducted as cancellation charges from the advance amount paid.
Once Haj visa is endorsed no cancellation is accepted and no refund of the amount, except the ticket amount as per the airline policy.
